It’s a New Year and time for a New Ride at Santa Monica Buick GMC

Had my Yukon there for an oil change. Made appointment online, was confirmed via text. Dropped my car off and as promised, received the call after 2 hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup. They do have oil change coupons on their website, I took advantage of those. Thank you for the great service!

The sales manager Brandon Zimlinghaus is the kind of manager I wish every dealership would employ. This gentleman goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you’re well informed and well taken care of. Throughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism!

This isn't a very large dealership and the amount of cars they have on stock is limited BUT they provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking for a vehicle since April 2021 but no dealers had what I wanted so in December I began looking to place a factory order. I made an appointment to get a recall taken care of on my '11 Yukon. Dealer called me a day ahead to confirm. Dropped the truck off on time, Service Writer Angel Duran was ready for me. Recall (air bag replacement) was completed along with another issue on time. I picked up the vehicle and it had been washed. Service department was very friendly and professional, won't hesitate to use again.

Awesome guys, no one had the 2021 GMC Denali Black Diamond, but they did and got me in it quick, all online and even delivered it to me over 100 miles away!! That's service!!

Excellent experience. Had the truck I was looking for in route, placed a hold on it for me without asking for a deposit. Since I was more than 3 hours away, I flew into LAX. Salesman, Adiss, volunteered to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. Very professional in every way. Special thanks to Brandon, one of the managers, who put the truck on hold, and especially Adiss who made the purchase seamless.

75 minutes is a bit much for an oil change when you have an appointment, but the staff were cordial.

Everyone here is very customer service minded..they are going through a remodel and work hard to satisfy their customers. The mechanic's are not only very good, they are honest and that's what makes this shop stand out. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Ryan Smiley, the internet manager was such a huge help. He tried his best to get everything I wanted and nearly did that. He found me the exact car I was looking for and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Even the nice man who DELIVERED my car to me was a real sweetheart. He took the time to show me all the fancy things my car could do.. even though it was raining! This is a very classy, top of the line dealership.

If your worried about covid a sales man was walking around the sales floor without a mask on talking on the phone and I was not offered a beverage at the time of meeting with the salesman, however his desk had tea and water for himself and the finance dept., didn’t offer a low finance rate. Just not a very professional environment. We didn’t purchase the truck Why? No all wheel drive. However the SUV has low miles w/a clean title. I recommend employees and managers go back for basic training as a refresher course.

The purchase of my truck was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have made. Hannah quoted me a very good price and that is what I paid out the door. Guillermo delivered the truck to me, he answered any questions I had and did a good job explaining some of the options on the truck. He was very helpful and easy to work with!

Had to get my car towed in this morning. I do have extended warranty but unsure if the diagnosis would approve me for a loaner vehicle. I’m working in the area (ish) from out of state temporarily but work is 35+ miles away from where I’m staying and NEEDED a vehicle. Unable to get a diagnosis soon enough in order to get a loaner today, Jessie in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I walked out today with a car while my car is in service. Amazing customer service hands down!

I just bought my first car from here and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Clarissa was an amazing help! They let me take the car for a day to be sure it was the perfect fit, and it was. I definitely recommend this dealership and in particular Clarissa!

Easy to drop off my truck and quick service plus a free car wash. The only reasons they didn't get 5 stars is because when I called after hours for my appointment I got an email from a service manager who doesn't work there anymore, so know one called me back. My 2nd complaint is that they ArmorAll'd my floor mats (dumb and dangerous)

I was only window shopping for a car as my previous lease was set to expire in a few months, but I found the PERFECT Acadia AT4 and signed the papers all in the same day. Nej and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with, they blew the other two GMC dealerships I was working with out of the water. SO happy with my new car, Nej is the man!!! 10/10! I came in late at 7pm, and the staff was very easy going and kind. They had to work till 10pm because of me. I have been at other dealers, and the sales people were usually very aggressive and manipulative. With these staff, I never had the feeling they were trying to make a quick deal. Reality Duvall (ask for her) was super nice, patient, friendly and personable. Her manager, Eduardo Garcia, was also very fair and helpful. Jonathan Campos was very patient, calm and serving. Everything was straightforward and no BS.
